You know achieving fast fat loss while maintaining your hard-earned muscle mass comes down to 2 things: Nutrition (calories in vs. calories out) and intense weight training. If you’ve already got your nutrition and lifting nailed down…there’s one more thing that can help you get there a bit faster.

Now while there are thousands of ways to go about structuring your conditioning (circuits, treadmill work, walking, sprints, etc) there is one form that stands above the rest when it comes to simplicity and the ability to do literally anywhere.

Watch today’s episode to see what it is and how you can use it to take your fat loss efforts to the next level.

Video Summary:

If you’re anything like me, you like to train hard and keep it simple. Complexity is what usually kills long term results. When it comes to conditioning, it doesn’t get any more simple or effective than jump rope workouts.

You can do it anywhere – home, work, vacation, on the side of the road, in your driveway, down the street, in the park.

And, unlike sprints, you’re not limited to the weather having to be perfect. Jumping rope in the rain is much safer than trying to hit a few 100% effort sprints.

Pick up a jump rope for a few bucks, and you’ll have the most portable conditioning tool ever so there’s no excuse to NOT get a workout in.
