It’s no shock that I love to lift, especially on back day (there’s nothing like when your upper back is sore and swole). You just might too…but there are times where the gym you train in sucks (think hotel gyms, being forced to train at home, or when your girlfriend drags you to Planet Fitness). What do you do? Try doing your back workout without weights.

Time to get creative. Just because you don’t have access to weights doesn’t mean you should skip your scheduled training session.

Keep things simple, think outside the box, buckle down, and get it done.
