Sliced was a book I picked up when a friend of mine recommended it to me to help me lean out. Man was I blown away. I was about 22 or 24 at the time, and needed something SOLID to help me. Things in this book are considered the Fasting Diets or “Backloading” diet of its time. This was solid nutrient timing that was learned from the trenches of iron, blood sweat, and tears. It’s based on info that will stand the test of time because it’s NOT fad-ish, and doesn’t come from big marketing…but only from big results.
