This marks week 3 of the Gallon of Milk a Day diet.

I went from 199-213 in 14 days.


My lifts are up a little bit, along with the scale, measurements (and my waist).

  • Lower body lifts seem stronger, upper body is still hard to tell due to injuries.
  • Stomach discomfort is way better.
  • Feeling very lethargic in the middle of the day. Not sure if the dairy has something to do with it.
