Strength. What does it mean to you. Is it deeper than just picking up weight on the floor? It should be.

If it’s not, it will only be temporary until you define it.

If you’re not sure what it is, it’s okay. Keep searching. Keep your ears and your heart open and you will soon figure it out.

If it no longer has the same meaning, that’s okay too…evolution is part of life. If you’re not evolving, you’re not growing, and if you’re not growing, you’re already dead.

[5] Get used to being uncomfortable. Go for one more rep or a little more weight. Always.

[6] Define what strength means to you and give 100%.
