Strength. What does it mean to you. Is it deeper than just picking up weight on the floor? It should be.
If it’s not, it will only be temporary until you define it.
If you’re not sure what it is, it’s okay. Keep searching. Keep your ears and your heart open and you will soon figure it out.
If it no longer has the same meaning, that’s okay too…evolution is part of life. If you’re not evolving, you’re not growing, and if you’re not growing, you’re already dead.
Check out today’s video to start to take a deeper look into how you define strength and once you do, you’ll notice everything will change.
Let’s define what strength means to you. Heavy lifts? Body weight training? Strongman training
Strength is personally defined. Find what type of training speaks to you and go that route.
Once you define strength, everything you do in the gym will improve what you do with your life outside the gym.
If you’re training for event, do what needs to be done. If you don’t have something to train find one. To get where you need to be, you need to have purpose.
Get used to being uncomfortable. Go for one more rep or a little more weight. Always.
Define what strength means to you and give 100%.
